Walking (up and) down Mariankatu (Mary Street) in Kruununhaka, one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Helsinki.
This autumn I’ve been living in Helsinki for 25 years. Sometimes it feels good, sometimes not. It’s a love-hate relationship.
In my opinion fog is one of the most beautiful things in the World.
I took a bus to my old hometown. There was even more lifeless I had expected.
I felt depressed and sad.
It was peaceful and quiet in the harbour.
This happens at least once a year: we take a trip to Stockholm. By boat it’s relaxed and easy enough for us grown-ups… Usually there’s no real camera with us, so it’s a perfect opportunity to practice some mobile photography.
So many interesting things here. No need to go anywhere else.
(It’s rainy today.)
Last year I spent a month in Berlin. It was a great place to do some serious street photographing.
